 At Not Too Shabby we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

 If for any reason your product isn’t right for your needs we will free of charge collect and return the item then refund you 100% of what you paid – providing the item is in the same condition as it arrived.

 Please keep your original packaging until you are happy with the product as we need this for collection in the event of a return. Thank you!

 Returns Process:

Just notify us by email to sam@nottooshabby.scot within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

Simply drop us a line telling us that you no longer wish to keep your order along with your reason for returning it

 We will then work out a day that fits your schedule to retrieve the item and provide a full refund.
